These Terms govern your use of AI Car, operated by Beijing Xinghang Zhicheng Technology Co., Ltd. (“AI Car”, “we”, “us”), including bycarai.com and related services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing, registering for, signing in to, or using AI Car, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AI Car may provide AI-assisted needs analysis, vehicle recommendations, vehicle specifications and content, comparisons, account features, and observed used-car pricing. Where you separately opt in, we may also submit a purchase inquiry to relevant brands, dealers, or service partners.
We may change, suspend, or improve features for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons.
3. AI and vehicle information
- AI outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, insurance, safety, repair, or final purchasing advice.
- Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or outdated due to user input, source coverage, model limitations, and market changes.
- Vehicle prices, specifications, availability, incentives, range, and energy consumption may change. Verify material information with the manufacturer or seller.
- Used-car prices are the lowest observed China market listing prices for the relevant period. They are not transaction prices, quality guarantees, FOB export prices, shipping prices, duties, reconditioning costs, or final procurement quotations.
- You remain responsible for your decisions and for verifying the vehicle, seller, contract, payment, delivery, and after-sales terms.
4. Accounts
You must provide lawful and accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, rent, lend, or impersonate another person through an account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use AI Car to violate law, infringe rights, mislead others, submit fraudulent leads, scrape or resell data without authorization, interfere with security, upload malware, reverse engineer protected components, or disrupt the service.
We may restrict or terminate access, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary.
6. Your inputs
You retain rights in lawful content you submit. You authorize us to process your inputs as necessary to provide recommendations, comparisons, security, and troubleshooting. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data such as government IDs, card numbers, passwords, verification codes, precise home addresses, or health information.
7. Optional contact consent
Consent to be contacted by a brand or dealer is optional and separate from the basic AI car-selection service. If you opt in, we may share the minimum necessary contact details, selected vehicles, and a needs summary with relevant partners. You may withdraw consent through zhangmingliang01@126.com.
8. Intellectual property
AI Car software, interfaces, branding, design, databases, arrangement, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Vehicle names, marks, images, and third-party content remain owned by their respective rights holders.
9. Third-party services
The service may rely on Google Sign-In, cloud hosting, SMS, storage, content delivery, or third-party pages. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
10. Availability
Maintenance, upgrades, network failures, third-party outages, force majeure, security incidents, or legal requirements may interrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that all information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for every purpose. Transactions with third parties are primarily between you and the relevant third party.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Minors
AI Car is intended primarily for users with legal capacity to make vehicle-related decisions. Minors should use the service only with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.
13. Termination and deletion
You may request account deletion through zhangmingliang01@126.com. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, or legal requirements.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through a notice, banner, or other reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussions and, if unresolved, submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the Company's domicile in Beijing, China. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
